Recreational

We offer a recreational program to any one ages 4+.

We have a wide range of classes which are suitable for beginners. These cover a broad range of physical activities based around gymnastics. Age is not an issue, we have several classes which cover a wide range of ages for both males and females.

Training Hours:

4 - 7 years - 1 hour class
8 - 12 years - 1.5 hour class
13 years+ - 2 hour class

Competitive

We also deliver a strong competitive program, with gymnasts and teams competing in the RGA futures league and the AGC leagues. The competitive program is by invite only, we invite gymnasts during the year based on their development in our recreational classes.

Membership expires at the conclusion of the calendar year.

Class Fees are an example based on a 10-week term, they will be pro-rated according to the actual length of term.
